Today is Chaos Never Dies Day; I thought you’d like to know,
Disorder & frantic stress might be the way to go,
The floors need sweeping, the phone keeps ringing,
You’d rather be sleeping, so you just keep winging,
You can’t find your keys & you can’t keep calm,
You don’t care to please & you’re feeling the qualm,
Last minute details, commotion & upheaval,
Your to-do list is long; in fact its just pure evil,
The kitchen needs cleaning & soon your guests will knock on the door,
You take a breath call me, cause that’s what friends are for,
Chaos is present in all of our lives & its best to keep it at bay,
& if you have a chaotic event head to the Anti-Chaos Café,
Sit at a fireside table & share a meal with a dear friend,
& turn off your phone altogether; I don’t mean to condescend,
Someone sang “Hold Your Head Up”, I can’t recall the group,
& just chalk it up to a crazy day, to one of those out of the loop.
