Yeah I notice that some places are willing to speak english when needed and i find when walked downtown and around montreal eaton centre, I heard english is being spoken among each other alot

i find the worst is Quebec City ... Last year I was in Quebec city and I went into Mcd's and the cashier refused to take my order/communicate in english

and while I was walking out to the car, this young fella told me, people here doesn't like to speak english
