It was a success! I only fell once and bruised below the kneecap, so I am able to walk fine. If I had hit that concrete on my kneecap, I would have been off for sure.

Mail was kinda heavy on the Monday but average the rest of the week

dh always has trouble when they alter his - causes stomach upset alot. Maybe this change will help with your pain and/or sleep.

I am up later than I should be. I do feel quite tired but hate to give in so soon. lol
