yeah, they said when the weather gets colder, more people will need to service [cleaning, repair or do an annual, semi or quarterly check up] so I'll be having to get more days working when needed.

The drive was good, I left at 6:50am .. 10 mins early just in case and the drive was easy ... i set cruise control at 105 km/h and got there in 48 mins.

Driving home there was slight traffic going 80 - 90 km/h at some parts of the hwy but it was a good drive. I'll see Tuesday of what it well be like on a weekday ... I start tuesday [coming up] ... I chose tuesday, wednesday and thursday as my 3 days

Well technically I was lucky. The one person they really liked couldn't work tuesday and wednesday and I was suppose to work monday, friday and saturday. but that guy said he'll take my friday and saturday for his tuesdays and wednesdays. One of the person wanted to work any other day other than thursday or friday since one of their "permanent" days to work at another place so I was able to switched with her

So that was how I got what I wanted ... I guess I was lucky ... for now until i'll be working 5 - 6 days aweek

It's good that you are allowed to trade days like that. Some companies would be stubbon and make you work the days they wanted you to do.

I hate when companies do that. I like the trading ideas when someone's schedule changes unexpectedly or when a certain week or day you need off or what not you can easily do and as long as the company get their job done, i don't think it should be a big problem for them
