Didn't Recieve Glade MIR giftcard?

I got my $10 check and FPC coupons today. Did any one else notice that it is in US dollars? I don't know if I can deposit a check in US dollars in my Canadian dollars account or if there will be some kind of service charge for conversion? Now I am happy but lost.

I've gotten a few refund cheques in USD. I deposited them in my ATM using the exact amount written on them. A few days later I get a letter in the mail from the bank with an adjustment--ie currency conversion--no service charges. Hope that helps!

I received my $!0 cheque in US funds also, which is great because I have a US account. It arrived about 4 days after I called them also. Really quick. Too bad that some people had to call to get their $ though!

Out of the 10 Glade MIRs that we sent out for the first MIR, we only received 1 set of 2x$5 PC gift cards. Didn't even receive a rejection letter for the other 9. Nothing. Now it seems we're just not going to get anything. Curious if anyone else is in the same situation? Or were there any rejection letters received saying their supply finished as per their stipulation on the MIR form "WHILE QUANTITIES LAST" maybe? We didn't use any coupons, we sent in separate envelopes under different names etc. Weirdly enough though we have received 2x$5 PC Gift Cards for the 2nd Glade MIR but still nothing on the first 9. What should I do?

You should definitely call or email. That must be so disappointing, not to receive anything at all.

I would call them as well and explain the situation to them. To me, that would be a lot easier then emailing them, although they are fast with email replies as well.

Hoping my FPC arrives soon, could someone tell me (who has received one after calling/emailing customer service) what the terms and conditions are on it? Multipaks? Exclusions? I'm slightly disappointed that not only was I not offered a cheque, but also only ONE fpc, when it seems a few people were offered two. LOL. What can ya do. Glade has been really crappy about this promo, I hope they change their outsourced promo team next time they have a rebate offer!

I have received a FPC from them before, but not for this Glade promo. It just said you could get $5.00 worth of free glade products (something like that), and it didn't mention any exclusions.
