Need Advice: To move or not to move?

Just an update - We are officially listed as of today! We are using 2 real estate agents from the same company as the house we want is listed by an agent from a bigger city so he's joined up with a local realtor for more exposure. We are pretty confident that we listed competitively with the other houses for sale in the area. The market is a bit slow right now but it all depends on the price of your house is what we were told. Our house looks amazing. We rented a storage unit and de-cluttered and have been busy decorating, painting, cleaning, etc. for the past week. The agents we chose are great too, very excited about selling our property and were told our house shows REALLY well compared to the others. Here's hoping!
