where to get coupons in nanaimo?

ok i know areas to get coupons from the store shelf/ newspapers for many other cities on the island... but not in nanaimo... i have tried SDM (north end) and there is never any coupons there, there has been a few as SOF, none at RCSS (other than the coupon wall didn't expect there to be any others), i think i have seen a grand total of 2 different coupons in walmart (both expired)

also which newspapers do the coupon inserts come in? and which newspapers do the flyers come in? i currently don't even get a paper

I have noticed the lack of coupons as well. It might be the time of year? But I have hit QF, Thrifty's, SOF, SDM, LD, Walmart, Country Grocer, Rexall, Zellers. Barely anything to speak of. A few dregs laying around, quite a few expired ones as well.

Apparntly the Nanaimo 'Star' newpaper has the current coupon book from SmartSource in it. Just talked to my buddy in Nanaimo and she has it.

Yes I think it's the time of year too.....I can't find coupons anywhere right now!! It's driving me nuts.....usually the SOF at woodgrove is pretty reliable but nothing much lately and I haven't seen any at other stores....wish smartsource would get a new rep already and start sharing the love again

really i was there a few days ago and only found 4 or 5 coupons.... the venus wub deo, advil, hair dye, and sensodyne iso active, possibility one more, did find lots of clearence make up tho

i think the smartsource has someone in the duncan/ ladysmith area again, otherwise there wouldn't be coupons up at all... in ladysmith safeway and 49th parallel... the smartsource person who does nanaimo is a different lady

really??? Well that's good. But I've never seen smartsource in 49th. It's just usually coupon pads that I never see anywhere else. I haven't been to Safeway in over a month so I'll have to go check it out. I usually only go there for the coupons...lol...

I was at Thrifty's (Brooks Landing) this morning and they had quite a few coupons out, especially down the soup aisle. I also found a cereal, coffee, cracker and some condiment ones. HTH!

i have found some Crest paste for 75cents off at Zellers Surrey place Mall and SDM .
Dove SAve $1 on deodorant at zellers too. hope that helps
