Thread: a question about coupons
-
Tue, Feb 1st, 2011, 11:36 AM #1
I just wonder, if I can use 3 coupons for one item. I mean, for example, Melitta sent me 3 coupons for $1 off for any Melitta coffee. Can I use all 3 coupons for one Melitta bag of coffee (that means, I'll get $3 off for one coffee, not $1 off for every separate bag of coffee)?

Yeah, unless the specifically say you can use more than one coupon on one product (ie, Playtex bucks from company says that right on them) then I dont know anywhere in Ontario that will let you use all of them on just the one item.
Not sure what the WM reference is about, missed that thread but I can't see that happening unless the cashier made a mistake.

hey
I was just at walmart and I had a "save 75 cents" on pads and then I had a coupon "buy one, get one free" Nothing states couldnt combined.
I understand if I had like 2 x "save 75 cents" for one item would be stacking, but using 75 cents off shouldnt matter to getting one free. Its like 2 bounus on one product but its not an amount off, just a free product because I was buying one anyway.
So, i saved 75 cents on the first pkg of pads and then I got one free. She tried to argue about it, but to me this doesnt seem like stacking. Input please??!!!

MIA - the person didn't stack at WM, they stacked at LD (they only price matched WM's flyer).
AMESTER - Most cashiers will allow that because you're using 2 coupons on 2 products ($.75 off one pack, and the b1g1 on the second pack). But as always, it depends on the cashier.
