I think I read a SC post that said exercise and avoid eating non-vegetarian food and junk foods. Might help.

A few of my favorites: green tea (love matcha smoothies. yum!) , dark chocolate, fruit smoothies/energy drinks, more b-vitamins, and my personal favorite...coffee - such a glorious beverage (made from beans = natural, in my books! Lol).

In today's busy life we have always feel tired. So you should have more energy to work for longer period of time. First of all, you have to start doing exercise regularly. In addition to that try to eat healthy meal and drink fresh fruit juice.

Clean eating! Fruits, veggies. Take vitamins. Niacin is a great natural anti depressant. (Get the flush free though so you don`t look like a beet!)

I drink green juices made from kale, lettuce, cucumber, green apple or blueberries if in season.

B vitamins, maca root powder and green powders (made from sea vegetables, etc) might work for you.

Regular exercise, heating a healthy well balanced diet, limiting or eliminating sugar intake.
I've been doing the above and feel as though my energy has increased.
