Hi Ladies,


Here's this Wednesday's Movie schedule for Galaxy. Please let me know if Wednesday doesn't work for you.


No Strings attached 6:20
The Eagle 6:30
The King's Speech 6:15
The Roommate 7:30


Just to make this simple, I am proposing that we meet up just inside the exterior mall doors (near theatre) at 6:10 on Wednesday. Having the cereal or taco coupon in hand would help with recognizing those we haven't met in person before. If we want to see different movies, we can choose any of the first three listed and will all get out at aproximately the same time. (I'm torn between No Strings Attached and The King's Speech -- guess t will depend on my wednesday mood!)


After the movie, I'd really like to do coupons and coffee with anyone who wants to join me. How does 8:30 at McDonalds on Scenic sound? As mentioned last week, if you have any wishlist items, please post in this thread, and I will try to dig some up for you

I'm wondering if anyone wants to get together for a movie this coming Wednesday (Feb 16) at Galaxy. We have a choice of 4 free movies (with the cereal box coupons):

*No passes are allowed for the Justin Bieber or Jennifer Aniston movies.


The weather forecast (in case you are travelling into the city) is a high of +2, low of -2, 20 km/hr winds, and only a 20% chance of precipitation.


I'm free from 6-10 Wed, so if anyone is interested, we could do coupons & coffee at timmies after the show.

I was thinking with the wonderful new free movie coupons that we should do a "flash mob at the movies night" in February. If you are interested, head out and grab a box of General Mills cereal with the movie coupon on it. Check the box before you leave the store -- my Oatmeal crunch has a general admission (adult) coupon, but the Cinnamon toast crunch and cheerios have kids admission tickets. If you want a snack, those coupons are on the old el paso tacos. Get your tickets now while the promo boxes are in the store, and we will pick a february date closer to flash mob time.

The idea behind a flash mob is to leave someone scratching their head Ideally, we meet outside the theatre, and go to the ticket booth one after another with our coupons, and give the ticket attendant the impression that it is a huge coincidence!

The cereal is on sale at Save on for 3.99, or 4.47 at Walmart. Either way, its waaaay cheaper than regular admission to Galaxy Post & let me know if you are in!

Wed. is tentively ok for me. I already know that I'm going to have a crappy week at work, and might be zonked by the time I get off. Put me down for a maybe.
