I have a question (also posted in the tea room):
So, after seeing someones post asking about baby showers, I decided to go on ebay.ca to see if I could find the seller we ordered our shower favours from and post a picture as an example.
When I did a search, I found out the seller is listing our EXACT shower keepsake as an example (complete with our first and LAST name). I really dont feel comfortable with that!
Is there anything I can do? Do you think if I sent them a request to change the names, would it be okay? Or is it cause to report the seller if they refuse?
I'm just stunned that they didn't bother to ask, I really dont care about the wording at all but the fact it has our full names on it really bothers me!

Ask them if they'll change it.. if not report it.
But if it's a really, really common last name.. I wouldn't worry about it.

That's just it, it really isn't. There are only 5 people in Canada with the same last name as ours that we know of (DH's dad, DH's 3 brothers and his 1 sister).Quote:

I sent them an email asking them to change the names and that I didn't care at all about the wording, so I guess we'll see what happens.
Just kind of shocking to see them list our exact shower keepsake as their main example. I put A LOT of work into writing and formatting it, and for them to not ask or bother to change the names to something generic really bothers me.
