If I may make a suggestion to you (I work at a bank so I'm always thinking about stuff like this) since you've paid off your line of credit, and you are used to making a payment every month anyway, take the money that you would have made a payment with and put it into a tax free savings account every month! You'd be amazed how fast the savings add up!
