To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must:

(a) be a legal resident of Canada;

(b) be of the age of majority or older in his/her province or territory of residence at the time of entry; and

(c) be legally able to travel to the United States of America
ends at 10:00 a.m. EST on April 1, 2011

Limit of one (1) entry per e-mail address per 24-hour period

Grand Prize. There is one (1) grand prize ( "Grand Prize" ) available to be won by the Grand Prize winner (the "Grand Prize Winner" ) consisting of a trip for two (2) to New York, NY which shall include: (b)

(i) if the Grand Prize Winner's residence is more than two hundred kilometers (200 kms) outside of the city of New York, NY, then the Grand Prize will include round-trip economy airfare (the "Flight" ) for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest (the "Guest" ) leaving together from the same gateway from a Canadian International airport closest to winner's home to New York, NY (the "Trip" ); (ii) if the Grand Prize Winner's residence is less than two hundred kilometers (200 kms) outside of the city of New York, NY, the Flight will not form part of the Grand Prize and the Sponsors, in their sole discretion, will arrange for ground transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and the Guest between the Grand Prize Winner's residence and New York, NY.; (iii)

(iv) two (2) nights hotel accommodation to be selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest based on double occupancy; (v)

(v) two (2) front-row admission tickets to the Bruno Mars concert on May 1, 2011 at the New Meadowlands Stadium in New York, NY; and

(vi) Five Hundred Dollars (CDN $500.00) spending money.

(b) The Grand Prize has an approximate value of Three Thousand Two Hundred Dollars (CDN $3,200.00) Actual value of Grand Prize will depend on departure city.
