Zellers Return Policy regarding earrings??

Hey i hope i'm posting this in the right section. I bought my mom two pairs of earrings from Zellers the other day and she doesn't like them so i'm wondering if i'm allowed to return them? I know most stores are very strict and don't allow that but i checked my receipt as well as the policy online (same) and i don't see anthing saying you can't but i wanted to confirm this first! Please let me know! Thanks!

p.s. I know walmart has an "extended" policy up on the wall that i'm pretty sure isn't all liste don your receipt so thats why i'm unsure and can't seem to find any other info.

You could call them and ask.I don't think stores take back earrings for hygiene reasons.

Zellers does not return earrings at all due to hygenic reasons.
It's funny though, cause the store I work at has returned underwear etc which I think is kinda gross but anyway... the jewelery dept. should've reminded you of that . I always make sure to tell customers so they know.

Yup they will return underwear if it looks unworn/ unwashed which is really gross and put it right back on the shelf for other customers to buy

But earrings are a final sale item

Ohh thats so gross about the underwear. The earrings are unworn but i guess there is no way of proving that. I'll give them a call tomorrow, thanks!

I purchased a pair of earrings too last week when they were on sale, and I kinda wanted to return them. (I had buyers remorse!) I asked if I could and they told me no. Oh well, I guess I am stuck with them, but I do admit they are really nice.
