Inventory List/Chart?

Does anyone have a chart they use to keep track of their food stock? I have acquired so much food now that it is a bit overwhelming. I have it all neatly organized on shelving, but I need some way of tracking what to use and when so that nothing goes to waste and I can donate any excess before it expires. Any ideas out there? How do you do it?

I used to do this years back. don't know why I stopped.
