I hit up our local CO-OP store today. They have double coupon day on Wednesdays but I don't go that often because even at double the coupons, it usually is still cheaper to go elsewhere. Plus, they won't take printables or double more than 2.00 and they always give me a hard time about save.ca and websaver coupons.

This is what I got for 8.86 OOP!

We are clean eaters so it will mostly get donated. We also dug through the recycle depot AGAIN and got 17 more inserts, a carnation can with coupons on it, and a free m&m's off a Rice Krispie box.

We don't eat anything processed. I cut out sugar when I started a weight loss plan(I lost 130 lbs in 2010) and it sort of progressed from there.

BTW, I was wondering what a "clean eater" was too. That must be really difficult to stick to....I'm more of a "dirty eater" myself!

Tosca Reno has published a few fabulous books about clean eating..........your local library may carry them (I asked mine to purchase them...now they buy multiple copies of all her books )
