Four times in the past couple of months these boxes have been on sale for either $1.99 or $1.47 (before coupon) at PriceSmart or RCSS in Vancouver. Each time I applied a $1 off coupon on the H.H. AND I had a coupon cut out from a previous box to get either the $3 off ground beef or the free pack of Green Giant Vegetables. They may not always allow both coupons to be used at once but I just put the coupons on the item as I'm going through the cashier and they've taken both.
