You can get the free US sub & change your address to a Canadian one after.

Yeah,

Once you sign up for the free US offer (use a US address that exists, any doesn't matter, just remember what it is) you can log onto the Maxim website with the info you used to subscribe, and change to your Canadian address.

Usually takes 2-3 weeks after you subscribed before you can login on Maxim.

Offers are all over the internet. just search...but i don't think there are any floating around right now. They usually come out around October/November

But back to my initial question...anyone know about the Playboy/Penthouse subscriptions?

There are many free sites for US subs...rewards gold is great. Sign up with a US address, and make sure you remember the info you used. Wait about 4ish weeks (sometimes it's as fast as 2 weeks, sometimes 7 weeks) until the magazine site will let you log in. Change your info to a Canadian address once you can log in on the site and voila free magazines. We currently get maxim, Forbes, playboy, and a golf magazine.

Sorry I haven't seen anything playboy lately.

Oh, and if anyone else is using it, no need to worry about Rewards Gold offers you have to complete, or even really signing up. You just have to fill out your (US) info and a seriously short survey...I've never gotten an account number/worried about it, and my subs have been coming for a while now.

Later on if you find offers for a mag you already get, sign up again with your US address and they will automatically stack it with your current one - I think our maxim is paid through 2013

For Christmas my husband asked if I would get him a Penthouse sub, jokingly. So I surprised him with one! Too bad I didn't know about this first!

Ok, now I've signed up for Maxim and Playboy. I think I'll wait and see if this actually works for me before signing up for any more!

You have to log onto the playboy site directly to change your info. It can take anywhere from 2 to 7 weeks before you are able to log on (use your US info as you won't be able to get your account number). I think it took me 3 weeks before I could log on.
