Ok guys the weird saga comes to an end . i must really compliment iRazoo , for resolving my complaint pretty fast.here is what they said :

We checked to find out why our system identified you as out of eligible countries and found out that your latest ip was coming back as masked. We ran through your past ip's and did in fact see that you are using xxxxxxxxxx out of xxxxxxx,Ontario,Canada. Therefore, we have made the correction in the system.

i have masked few words for privacy reasons but they did give me my GC.
