Same old answer- though i made it clear i wasn't a happy camper and i'd be calling head office and calling when the real Manager was back on Monday!
Irks me cos i had asked the Manager if he had a prob with coupons when i'd seen him before...he said no problem. And this is what happens:rant::rant:
I drive out of my way for this darn place cos they never gave me aproblem before and usually the staff are nice and BILINGUAL for days when i'm having issues with my french.
Don't tell me i have to look for a new sdm??!!
