That sucks :( How do you get the points, by playing games and stuff? I've never been to it...

Gee, Nancy, I've never had problems with the Chapman's site - I think you should email them and explain what's been happening.

At least the kids were good over the weekend... just messy, lol! I hope they can be good together for one more day! My 3 year old has this habit of dumping the entire toy box on the floor when he gets pissed off... and try to get him to pick them back up!

i have nat several times and they don't respond or fix it and the site is sooooo slow

my 6 yr old just does that everyday just for fun and then refuses to clean it up

OH that makes me made when companies don't email you back!! I did a huge survey with one of the survey companies in the summer last year... I had to fill in a diary every day and text them when I saw certain products. I was supposed to get $10 worth of points for it- not a thing, and they never email me back :(

:rant: I go through phases where I pick the toys up right away just to have him dump it all over again. Then I learn my lesson again for awhile, lol!

that ticks me off too i just hate wasting my time if you have no intentions on responded to the emails regarding points issues then why even bother putting it up

same here but then you can't even walk anywhere they are literally strewn from one end of the house to the other and those toys hurt when i step on them
