If in doubt - Pasta is an easy bet(and what i made this evening,lol!)

Tonight I made shell pasta with a meatless meat sauce,lol.

Meatless sauce: Textured vegtable protein, soaked in water. Plus 1 cup of rolled oats, soy sauce, seasonings, salt,pepper, Chopped garlic and jalepeno. Then I fried that up and added to canned tomato sauce.

For the kids i made spag bol i suppose but made with bison ..and green beans on the side.
