I try to stay away from fast food places as much as possible, I only eat there when I really really have to. If I eat out I usually pick places like subway, quiznos or those chinese places where I can get veggies with my meal

Hello! I see you all talking about food lol

I don't want to know how much salt was in what I ate... pulled pork but I used a pre mixed spice packet thing, probably full of salt!
