morning all - i seemed to have lost my voice -not really just very gruff-any tips other than salt water gargle
coupon girl - steam! Pour hot/boiling water in a big bowl, put on kitchen table, lean over it and put a towel over your head. I've had chronic laryngitis, and it's the only thing which works.
Suck on hard candies, too - not just medicated ones.

thanks natalka - i will do the steam thing in a bowl- i just took a spoonfull of the aweful medicne you add equal hot water to a spoonfull and swallow -tastes like vapour rub
i think i am run down on my day off last week was at my sons doing gardening and laundry cause they were away in jamaica
plus yesterday worked then came home and went to a funeral home visit-plus i have a crying dog that is keeping me awake -cause i wont let him in our bedroom -trying to retrain an old dog (8 years old) cause i am really allergic to him -see no sinus problem for me -which i thought-just allergies have gotten worse
cant wait to have lunch with my daughter today -we both were too busy yesterday -i think we are going to swiss chalet -she even said nana can come -her treat -wow i raised a wonderfull daughter
I hate Mondays this week is going to be a good week though Kayla is off Wed-next Tues due to not going on School Trip.
win - Shania has a new reality show on OWN, premiered yesterday. Don't have that channel, though... saw her interviewed about it.
