I thought I would love it! So handy not having to carry around big books, but I can't seem to get used to it. Plus I'm crazy cheap. lol. Too cheap to even by an ebook when I can borrow one for free from the library. lol.

Although someone told me you can now rent ebook from the library. I should try that!

There are a lot of great used bookstores in Ottawa, I go quite a bit. I like to buy books because then I can read them again and again!

I have $135 in amazon.ca saved in my account. I was going to buy my mom a coffee maker for her birthday but she bought one. :(

So, now I'm going to keep saving until I have enough for a kitchen aid mixer.

I love amazon :) I want to get a new Keurig and they are a really good price on there

I love napping too - i had a lovely nap this afternoon on my sofa...well, i couldnt do any washing, or ironing nor any cooking...and i'd done enough cleaning in the morning so the nap just kind of happened:lolsign:


First thing i did when we had power was make a pot of tea..omgoodness i soo missed my tea today(second thing was to check out sc!!)

I have $179 on mine right now... waiting for season 2 of glee to come out... and I dunno what I want to do with the rest of the money yet... so for now will keep saving it!

I used to buy books but then I had like 3 bookshelves full and I never seem to re-read anything. Finally got rid of most of them.

Now the only books I buy are children's books. You can't really borrow those, the kids either chew on them, colour in them or rip the pages. lol.

I know hide the good books and bring them out for bedtime reading and put them back away. lol. DD only gets the cardboard ones to play with right now.
