He's in the Ottawa hospital. Not far from me, so I could try and call a local company but I doubt it would change the price much. :shrug:

I miss the Ottawa market. Now they have awesome, decently priced flowers!

DH used to bring me home Stargazer Lillies every Friday. Only cost like $10 for a small bouquet. :)

DH never buys me flowers when its a special day(like Valentines) cos he hates the mark up . I guess its his own way of couponing and saving,lol

That's where DH got them. We lived downtown and he walked right through the byward market every day. I'm sure they are more expensive now though.

DS has been taking a course at the U of O this summer and even offered to pick up veg from the market(he REALLY needs help with choosing decent veg though,lol)
