just a reminder to be careful of the recent wave of gang activity they don't care who is watching them. They just pillage refrigerators & have also been known to steal slippers

Good morning.....no golf with the rain. Had breakfast there hoping it might clear up. Raining harder & the club house was not willing to open the 19th hole
I shall always grin, I shall always smile,
I may even sin & go the extra mile,
I toil, I try, I laugh & cry,
I gripe I moan, monopolize the phone,
I love the blues & I hate Tom Cruise,
I give guilt trips when they’re earned,
(You think they’d have learned)
I have a great vinyl collection,
I cherish with great affection,
So this is a condensed version of my life story,
That does have selected moments of glory,
Through husbands & kids & plenty of whining,
I write these verses cause they keep me a shining,
I’ve wagered, I’ve lost & my cookies I’ve tossed,
I’ve worn those jeans that were rhinestone embossed,
I’ve pestered the boys, I’ve made too much noise,
We get one kick at the can, and I am who I am,
& I’ll continue to do what I do,
I hope you all know that many of my rhymes are inspired by folks just like you!
:) :) :) :)
My Eye
A man was dining alone in a fancy restaurant and there was a Gorgeous redhead sitting at the next table.
He had been checking her out since he sat down, but lacked the nerve to talk with her.
Suddenly she sneezed, and her glass eye came flying out of its socket towards the man.
He reflexively reached out, grabbed it out of the air, and handed it back.
'Oh my, I am so sorry,' the woman said, as she popped her eye back in place.
'Let me buy your dinner to make it up to you.'
They enjoyed a wonderful dinner together, and afterwards they went to the theatre followed by drinks.
They talked, they laughed, she shared her deepest dreams and he shared his.
She listened to him with interest.
After paying for everything, she asked him if he would like to come to her place for a nightcap and stay for breakfast.
They had a wonderful, wonderful time.
The next morning, she cooked a gourmet meal with all the trimmings.
The guy was amazed.
Everything had been so incredible!
'You know,' he said, 'you are the perfect woman. Are you this nice to every guy you meet?'
'No,' she replies.
She said...
'You just happened to catch my eye.'
