I just completed part of step 2 and got notification that the calling card will be mailed within 4 weeks. I hope this is all that is required? Or do you have to complete all the steps?

I signed up for this when it was first posted at the end of February and recieved it in the mail today. Came in a smallish envelope with "Thank you" written on the outside. I just renewed my membeship so I thought it was a thank you for that but was plesently surprised. Thanks for posting!

Thats where I got to and closed the page and it came in the mail today.
