Oh, sara, I was wondering how things were going.

Years ago, when a cat of ours died, the remaining cat (they had been together two years, I think) really had a tough time. Honestly, he went into a funk for eight months - he barely ate and really lost weight, and of all things - he stopped washing himself, and he was a fluffy medium hair cat, so we had to start bathing him. That was a very long eight months...
