The Dollarama thread has certainly become spicy lately!
Spotted this $3 hat today. It's not super great quality faux fur, but it is warm, and I've seen very similar hats priced at $20 at H&M in previous years. They had a ton of colours to choose from.

I saw another "as seen on tv" product today, while searching for a personal massager *ahem*.....I don't remember reading about it on here. Anyways, I forget what it was called, but it is supposed to make your mid-section look smaller (waist slimmer, maybe? It was a band of elastic fabric that went from below your bra to just below the waist) I was going to buy one ($3.00 ) but find these types of products tend to roll up or down on me. They had a variety of sizes...up to 16-18. I will probably end up trying one......:p

Do you mean this thing?
I bought this thing a couple of months ago but find it does nothing and I bought the smallest size they had. Granted, I'm not super-flabby but it didn't seem to do anything for that below the navel pouch most of us seem to have. I get better shaping from tight jeans. But for $3 it's not a terribly expensive experiment to conduct.

Agreed. And now that I look closer at the photo I can see that in the "before" she is actually holding her hands behind her back to make the fabric on her top look puffier and bigger.
I ACTUALLY expected this thing would make me look 5 to 10 pounds thinner! LOL, guess I got fooled.

I can see a difference in the waist, you're right though probably a lot due to the placement of her hands. But I am wondering does anyone else notice the difference in her thighs?

OMG....it's a miracle!!! You wear it on your waist and your entire body looks thinner, lol......I think the entire 1st picture looks wider than the 2nd like they stretched the before photo. At least some people will only be conned out of $3.00 instead of whatever it originally cost.

Hmmm if it could do for me what it has done for the girl in the picture on the box, I think i would snap everyone off the shelf!
