About a week ago i contacted several tea companies so far in the mail i have received:

3 free samples of different tea from Stash Tea company

Tetley sent me a coupon for free tea or juice of my choice

R.C. Bigelow sent me a bunch of free tea samples

All you have to do is google tea companies, select one then go to "Contact us" and tell them you would like a tea sample with your address.
