What's your fav brand of brewing coffee?
I've been a Nabob drinker for a few years now but have recently tried PC Great Canadian Coffee. PC coffee was on sale for 2$ less than Nabob so I figured I would give it a go. I tastes okay, however I ran out of my fav sweetener and I don't think anything would taste as good now. I purchased a can of Melitta because I was $3.99 with $1 coupon. Great price for coffee but I've never had this brand before. Anyone tried this? Nabob's on sale this week for $4.99 and I can use the T4T -$.50 coupon. Is it worth it to switch back to Nabob? This thread is currently associated with: N/AYou know you want free stuff too! Join Swagbucks with me http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/cdiddy1

The PC coffee (black can...forgot the actual name) is my absolute favorite (and DH too). A few of my friends actual switched to it to after having it at my place. It goes on sale a few times a year (giant can) for $5.00...and I stock up.
I also like Nabob...but rarely find great sales. I like Maxwell House Dark Roast too.
I don't like Folgers...I find I have to use a TON of coffee to get any flavor.
My 'special occasion' coffee is Green Mountain (from Vermont)...it's YUMMMY---(but really expensive!)

My favorite is nabob, but since I have a cupboard full of folgers, I will be drinking that for quite a while. Next favorite is nescafe instant.

I love me some Folgers.....until recently.....there were some coupons for the Melitta World Blends (or whatever it's called) so I picked up the Costa Rica one, and LOVE IT. I've still got a bunch of Folgers in the basement stash though, so it's not like I'm giving up on them lol!

I like Starbucks dark roast beans, and also Melitta Organic ground coffee...I mostly use my Keurig though so I also use the k-pods and the ground coffee in there.

I'm not a fan of the flavoured coffees. While the flavour is nice, I find it's always in a weak cup of coffee, not strong enough for my taste. If they made a strong coffee with the flavour in it, I'd probably like that.
One thing that I think matters more than the coffee itself is the water. My mom lived in a rural area, had a well as her source of water. She used Nabob coffee, and it was the best coffee I've had. I could make it that exact way back in the city, and it wasn't half as good.

The last two years we've pretty much just used Folgers, and love it. Not bitter, not that brown-crayon-dipped-in-hot-water taste that some coffees have. Prior to that we used Maxwell House, now I can't stand it. Also used to use Edwards coffee from Safeway.
I'd love to use Nabob again, but it's really pricey here - it's great coffee!
Zonny, I totally agree with you about the water! Sure makes a huge difference!
We are really lucky here in our city to have very clean-tasting hard water, which makes for great coffee!

During winter we only drink instant. We use either Maxwell house or Nescafe
During the summer at the cottage we always have a pot of Timmy's on. We buy the giant can (or a few) and store them in the freezer.Previously CanadianBella... I'm baaack!

I like bold and strong flavours best. I guess if I had to say what my favourite was I would say Starbucks. But I only drink it when I have a gift card. I really just go for what I can get the cheapest.
