I just saw the Krysta and Amanda show online. This Amanda is from Georgia and was buying products for her sister's baby shower. She was shopping at the Piggly Wiggly grocery store.:cheesygrin:
Krysta is 7 months pregnant and coupons to pay off medical bills from her first pregnancy and in vitro treatments. Makes me realize how lucky we are to have the medical system in Canada where maternity ward hospital bills are paid for.

I'm reading the Tightwad Gazette these days (for the 3rd time) and in the introduction the author mentions something along the lines that when Oprah had cheapskates on her show (back in the 80s or 90s), she didn't laugh. She took notes.

Believe it or not TLC stole the idea of Extremes Cheapskates from the UK. On the UK's channel 4 they had a show called The Hunt for Britain's Tightest Person
