TLC Extreme Couponing

Someone pointed this article out to me tonight, and I thought it was interesting. It questions as to whether fraud was committed by one of the couponers.

It sure looks suspicious.The lady buying for the party story well not fraud was rather deceitful.She was buying breakfast foods.U.S. should go back to what Canada does the cashier has to look at every coupon making sure the items bought match the coupons.

It's seems as if couponing in the US isn't as easy as TLC would like us to think.

If you want to see the first two episodes of Extreme Couponing they will be repeated on Tuesday night according to www.zap2it.com and www.tlc.com and J'aime and Tiffany episode will be on again at 9:30pm ET tonight

I've thought about this and granted I've only seen one of the shows on couponing but the people I saw were polite and organized and donated a lot of stuff to their church/food bank.

I don't think everybody will take up couponing because of the shows. I didn't decide to have a gazillion kids because Kate did it and my dh doesn't want some extra wives because Kody has extra wives.

It might do cashiers some good to watch the shows too. Maybe someone managing to get a product free or almost free with proper couponing won't seem so foreign to them and they'll realize it's possible because they've seen it happen on TV.

I'm trying to be positive.

All if them said that this was their biggest shop yet and spent 6 hours in the store which is probably no where near how they regularly shop which it was why it's called extreme it's so set up and fake

I hope they show on the show how people trade coupons on a forum like this,i'd like to figure out some tips on it,lol. But i am not sure i thought i heard it was illegal or something sooo maybe they won't.

I wish coupons in Canada scanned that easily without punching in the dollar amount.
