How often do the three site that send coupons, change there coupon selection???
save.ca you can re-order whenever the date tells you (you'll see under the coupons) - they add new coupons here and there, and they are usually posted in the forum.
websaver.ca is the same way
gocoupons.ca you can re-order every week
brandsaver.ca sets out new coupons every couple of months I believe - maybe someone can correct me on this?
