I tried this too...same thing.
I answer the questions the first time and it gives me the same screen again with different captcha. Re-entered the new one and I get the following message:
Error

Your request could not be processed.
Please contact the system administrator for help.
Please return to the iCoke.ca homepage and try again.

I got the same message after I reached my 20 plays of the week. Have you played yet this week? Also the week started on Sunday 12 AM EST.
I tried earlier, this link http://icoke.ca/npn works for me on IE and firefox.

I guess they have not put up the "used all your free npns" yet, hence the security code then error message instead.
I am so glad to have the icoke contests back. My day was imcomplete without them.

Do you mean " iCoke Celebrate Family Moments" contest? Their number is 1-800-868-0968.
I waited for my PS3 for days, then I finally emailed them on Tuesday the 5th. Found out that my prize was delivered on March 31 when I wasn't home. But the Purolator guy didn't leave me a delivery note! Good thing I emailed them, otherwise I would never find out my prize was waiting for me to pick up. Give them a call, maybe your prize is waiting for you to pick up too.
