Heavy machinery Remote Control toy

Hello, my name is Tom, i live in Toronto.
My son is having his 15th birthday next week and i'd to buy a remote control toy for him. It would be perfect if that was a toy that he will have to put together from parts
He is making paper and plastic airplane models, and boats for about 5 years.
I'd like to buy for him some caterpillar model, or rc model.
I don't know precisely which machine he would like.
Here are some cool Caterpillar dozers (click). I don't know if those are available to buy rc versions.
Please help me with finding a shop in Toronto, every reply appreciated.
