The Finance tab has a thread about food costs (how much do you spend on food) and several good threads on tax returns.

Local tab-great to see what topics are of interest to SCers in major cities across Canada.
Brag tab-probably a good place for an Extreme Couponer to start with and learn tips about how to get the most value out of coupons, sales and loyalty program rewards.

Welcome to the site! Now we can't do quite as good as they can do in the States but with a little know how, we can do almost as well.

I would recommend the "Deals" section - shows you what to go looking for when you shop and where to look for deals+coupons etc. And I also recommend the "Brag" section as well!

Hi Jessica,
If you're looking for coupons you can register with:
Save.ca
Websaver.ca
P&G Brandsaver
&
gocoupon
All these sites will mail the coupons you choose out to you.
In my flyers today I got the Smart Source Coupon booklet, this is the same one that was in the newspapers last Saturday.
Also, this Saturday, the Red Plum Coupon booklet should be in the newspapers.
Another way, is to sign up for free samples (of any kind), many times the companies will send a coupon out with the sample.
And then there are thousands of sites you can print coupons from.
Also, many of us SC'S trade coupons. If you want coupons but have none to trade with most members are very willing to accept postage stamps for coupons.
Good luck getting started. I bet in a few weeks you'll be a pro at couponing.
