Royale coupon?

I have some questions about Royale coupons.

1)What stores in BC(specifically Victoria)carry Royale Supreme?
2)Is Royale Ultra ever on sale enough to be a great deal compared to regular Royale Toilet Tissue? Where would I find it?
3)Where can I find the Royale Grande Facial Tissue? I don't think I have seen it before? Does it go on sale ever?

Shoppers Drug Mart always has Royale on sale, although I haven't purchased any... The grandes are available at walmart for 1.97

The only place I've seen the Royal Grande tissue is at Walmart.
