    I'm thankful for a sleep in this morning, that my dogs are still exhausted from having 6 children here yesterday so they are still sleeping.

    that my poor head has decided to lift the "contrary cloud". it can be black oppressive, and overwhelming. standing on your head spitting quarters or dancing jigs just doesn't work,patience is the only cure.
