    I am thankful that time heals hurts.... Sat. was the 14th anniversary of my mom's death, and in a few days, it will have been 23 years since my dad died.
    Hard to believe that so many years have gone by - but they left treasured memories, and a life I'm proud to live because of how they raised me, and what they instilled within me. Their guidance, love, support, etc. all helped make me who I am today.
    Treasure your parents, everyone, you never know how long you will have them in your life - my dad was 66, mom was 69 when they passed away, nine years apart.
    So hug your mom and/or your dad for me today, please!!!
