Am thankful for the kind nurses and Dr. in emerg today. Had to take DH in...he`s been short of breath for a couple days. Today it was worse so he finally agreed to go. He`s been transferred to the cardiac unit in St. Mary`s hospital for observation.
So thankful that the snow is almost all gone. Only a few piles left here and there. Summer is on the way. Nice sunny day with south wind.
I am thankful to find out today that the lady that grooms my dog also rescues dogs. This is my second time taking my sheltie and we started talking about pets and people treating them as if pets are disposable. She was telling me how she helps place animals after cleaning them up to loving families. Animals that are abused are turned over to SPCA. She rescued one the night before which had been abused. She was upset and very passionate about what she does. We are so blessed to have people like her that are out there helping poor animals and placing ones with loving kind families. Love it.
Did I say I'm thankful for SC and a place to come and share with you...thanks Skippy great post
