    Thankful for same wife of 24 years today! Can't see how she puts up with me (honest!) Today could very well be hotter than our wedding day was.
    Thankful for the Air Conditioner I live by.
    For the little bird who took a bath after I put water into the bird bath.

    Our wedding was on July 29th, very hot day then, too.

    I'm very thankful to God that a cool wind came up this morning and cooled my house from the heat wave. Lately, I've been feeling very sick from heat prostration and edema, so it was wonderful not to have to wet my hair every half hour and wear wet clothing all day & night in order to keep cooler. And this afternoon, my kitchen fan finally got fixed. (almost 4 years without a good-working kitchen fan, but we fixed it today)

    Congrats on your wedding anniversary, that is something to be truly thankful for.

    Despite having air in the house that doesn't work 1/2 the time that I at least get some relief during the day when there are others who are getting no relief at all.

    An ensemble? What's that.
    My monkey suit has changed styles a few times in my 34 years but I still call it my monkey suit and I do wear it proudly.
