What are you thankful for today?

I am thankful that my family had breakfast this morning, and will have dinner on the table later on.... thankful that i have a roof over our heads and thankful i can enjoy the beautiful weather we are having.....(not -30 at least)

I'm thankful of our amazing health care system especially sick kids hospital that have helped my DD born 9 weeks early at 2lbs 2oz, And i'm thankful she is now over 3lbs!!!

I am thankful Sammy got thru having the Chicken Pox with minimal discomfort. He had the immunizations when he was very small, and I thought that meant he wouldnt get them. He still got them, but it was mild compared to how bad they can be.

I'm thankful that I have a hubby who will take me to see The Vow without (much) resistance!!

Today I learned that I can sever my ties with a very poor employer (part time work).
The last year has been tough not knowing where I stand in my opposition to their illegal policy. Can't express too much, because all won't be signed off until a month.

But I am thankful that a very bad situation is ending on a positive note.
If anyone is faced with a tough uphill battle with an employer, stick to your guns, know your rights, document everything and don't give up hope!
