    Thankful for the beautiful snowy day we are having. The trees are covered with heavy white snow and they are beautiful. Thankful for our snowblower as well. (LOL).

    And lastly but certainly not leastly, My Son came over on Family Day to be with his family.

    That was along the lines of what I came to post - but adding that I'm so thankful my son didn't mind learning how to make them - he followed the recipe (even keeping things straight when doubling it) and cooked them up - because my knee was giving me trouble and it was hard to stand. They were delish!
