That by the grace of God after 3+ months my shoulder and arm are better, and that I can cutback on physio.
Always remember the What are you thankful for today? thread as there always is something to be thankful for.

I am one thankful Canuck today - my baby boy and baby girl had their last day of school today, baby boy is headed to grade 1 in the fall, and baby girl is going to grade 5!!!! And tomorrow my dear teenaged daughter and dear teenaged son are getting their report cards.... DD will be in grade 10, and DS will be in grade 12 (grad year!!!). I am so proud of my kids, they are now done with school, and they are all mine for approximately the next 10 weeks. If I go missing from Smart Canucks for the next 10 weeks, its because I am at the parks/beaches/festivals with my dear hubby and my wonderful, awesome children.

I'm so excited that tomorrow is my grandsons last day of school, next year it's grade 1 for him and he's so pround of himself. Another grandson passed with honours and going into junior high (grade 7), and 2 entering kindergarden next September. I'm thankful to have such a wonderful bunch of grandchildren and to be able to be extremely close to all of them.

Thankful (and proud!) that my teenage son insisted on staying at work late with my older son so that I can come home early tonight. I love my boys *sniff*.

I am thankful for all of the Likes and Reps that I have got! Everyone here is so good at sharing, caring and helping others, and I like that. I am also thankful for the coffee that I had this morning (because I needed it so badly) and for my beautiful children that I love more than anything.

I'm thankful that we didn't get the thunderstorms that were predicted since our DD and her family are off RV'ing at a campground for the weekend, and that my bride and groom, their attendants and family won't have to deal with rain! Yay!

I am so grateful when my husband goes shopping on his own (sometimes I send him with a list, then it can be safe) - because sometimes he just doesn't look at prices. (Yes, that may seem out of place on a frugalista site, but this is different.)

He went to an Eastern European meat shop today and came home with a load of goodies - that I would never have bought had I seen the prices!
But his heart was in the right place, and he just wanted me to taste some special things - some cool curly ham sausage, very spicy sausage (for him, lol), headcheese (the best I've ever tasted!), amazing turkey breast, rosehip spread, special cookies, and a bar of chocolate made by my fave company from Croatia (they didn't have my fave hazelnut, but it's all good anyway).

Oh, how I heart my husband - every moment of every day, not just when he brings me food, lol!

Ohhhhhh...what a wonderful gift from your hubby....!!!! I can smell those wonderful smells now, and they bring me back....We don't have such a shop here, but we do have a wonderful butcher shop that makes the most amazing porketta in the world...they actually skewer the stems of dill plants right through the roast with, of course, all the other spices that go into making that wonderful roast! When my DD and his family come up here, he has to bring one home. Hm. I just had a thought: I think I'll bring one to his 60th party when we all go to Cobourg next month!
    Thanks for reminding me!
