braced myself for route canal today, ( grateful it did not happen ) turns out just no time available at the dentist ( he was doing me a favour anyway trying to squeeze me in) so tomorrow it is.

So very thankful for our farmers - unfortunately here some of the recent bad weather may have hampered a bumper crop, but I still hope they do well.

Grateful to the bank employee who happily re-set my card (wasn't paying attention last week on my way to get the biopsy done and punched in the wrong code, deactivating it ). He went on to do all my transactions and have a lovely conversation, making the cranky person behind me in line wait.

I have been working hard to get more work as a substitute teacher. Today I got requests from 5 different staff members, from 4 different schools, for 6 days of work. Unfortunately I was already booked for half of the days, but I still booked 3 full teaching days today.

Thankful for not being too old to learn a new trick. lol. I'm taking adult swim lessons to improve my skills because I really kinda suck at the swimming and I'm having so much fun!!!! Wish I'd done this YEARS ago!

That 1/4C of unstalted almonds have 1000mg of calcium, therefore I do NOT have to swallow and choke on those calcium horse pills! Those, and a nice, cold glass of chocolate Almond milk.
They'll do just fine...

Thankful that I had a fantastic jog before work, my legs felt kinda creaky from driving.

I arrived at a school at 8:15am to give out business cards, etc. to encourage them to call me in to be a substitute teacher for them. The vice-principal asked me if I could stay and teach for the morning. I was also booked to come back and teach the entire day tomorrow at the same school. Talk about timing.
