Hi new to all this but does anyone know how to find grocery coupons for food?
I have a hard time finding any and Im not sure what a train is or how trading works.

The best thing to do is hit the grocery stores looking for tear-pads. Don't spend them right away though, keep them! You'll often find much better sales down the road than if you'd used them right at that moment.

i agree yo uwill often find them in grocery stores and occasionally online (save.ca) it does take a bit of time to build up a selection of grocery coupons

I use the tear pads in stores. If I'm out and about I'll go to the more expensive stores (metro, Loblaws, etc.) and get the coupons, then use them at Food Basics, Price Chopper, etc. when things go on sale to get a way better deal.
Even if the coupons you see on the tear pads aren't ones you'll use, pick up a few as you may be able to trade with others!
