I was shopping at No Frill this evening with my children my saw my favorite popcorn on sale for a $1, i got four and when Im checking out it rang at $1.29 each, I said its a SCOP, one if free and the other three is 50% off, I am right pls correct me, she only gave me one free and the rest I paid $1 each, thought its not worth the fight so we left, any feedback is greatly appreciated thanx in advance...

I think they were right (correct me if I am wrong), you get one item free and the other ones at the correct price.

yes, it should work.. walmart is always good at PM, but not when u r PM'ng a product that comes with free product, like WUB x product u get Y product free to pm from another store, that they are not taking...
correction: scop is different from price matching....pls see bigbertha comment below..thanx..Last edited by SimplifiedMommyTips; Sun, Mar 20th, 2011 at 12:31 AM.

No, you were incorrect. You get one free and the others adjusted to the correct price, which was $1.
Cath, I'm not sure what you mean. SCOP isn't the same as price matching, SCOP is when it scans in wrong. You can price match shoppers' price at walmart and get them for free at WM, but that doesn't have anything to do with SCOP.
Walmart took my $2 adidas when I PMed shoppers today there, so I guess it depends on your store.

I recommend printing a copy of SCOP and throwing it in a plastic sleeve, and then into youre purse, tote bag, coupon binder, etc., so if you run into a SCOP scenario again, you have the info. at your fingertips
..........lots of new or young cashiers don't really know or understand SCOP.
