I’m happy so many of you like the idea of using wishlists and preparing envelopes in advance so we can socialize more. I wasn’t sure what the reaction would be to the change/the idea

I would like your input on how you would like to do this: Do you
1) prefer to do traditional trades, i.e. contact the person when you have coupons that are on their wishlist and ask they if they have anything on your wishlist, or do you
2) prefer to simply prepare envelopes for people based on their wishlist and just surprise them at the meeting (like a RAOK)?

Of course there’s no reason you can’t do both Each of us can decide how we want to handle things - no will is going to be asked to raok if they don’t want to or prevented from raoking I just want to hear your thoughts on this

I think I prefer option #2. But How do we know that we will not all pick the same person???

ps: I wasn't Frustrated about not having the meeting just very very very anxious..

We can RAOK as many members as we like. Some may get more RAOKs than others. I just hope everyone gets something on their wish list

And for those who don't have a wish list or don't want to arrange any trades but just want to come to meet other Montreal SCers, that's fine too!

Hi Cher_montreal,

It sounds like you do have a wish list (that includes "gatorade/powerade coupons" and the Knorr salty and pepper shakers) -- you just need to write it down You said you have a trade list -- what do you ask for in return?

If you have a wish list, maybe some member(s) will RAOK you But
wish list or no wish list, we're glad you will be at the meeting

I do not have the kids that weekend so the afternoon is free to plan. I can afford a coffee or 2 lol! I'll reserve pm for SC meet. Will be nice to meet other coupon fans. I can't talk coupons to mom, dad or sis anymore, they all start to laugh when I start. Oh well, they laughed less when I told them I save 91$ at IGA the other day. And that was just electronic promos and coupons, not even the sale rebates.
